Our Story

Meet Harry – founder of HSP Advisory Pty Ltd.

 

Starting out as a builder’s labourer in 2010, Harry has since gone on to complete:

  • BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Construction and Civil Engineering (graduated 2012);

  • Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying BSc (Hons) (graduated 2016); and

  • Master’s degree in Construction Law & Practice (graduated 2024).

Harry’s experience in the construction, building and infrastructure industries spans across various sized contracting organisations delivering projects up to 1.4 Billion (AUD) in value. However, supporting small to medium size enterprises (SMEs) has always been a passion of Harry’s.

Our History

2023 - HSP Commercial Advisory was established with the mission to minimise contractual risk and enhance commercial outcomes for contractors in the construction industry.

2025 - Following sustainable growth, HSP Commercial Advisory transitioned into HSP Advisory Pty Ltd. HSP Advisory Pty Ltd strives to provide contractors access to expert commercial advisory services.

Where are you based?

We are based in Charlestown, NSW. However we collaborate with contractors across Australia. We work remotely and can meet via Teams, Zoom or via other virtual meeting platforms.

Can you attend our office or site?

This is on a case by case basis depending on site location and our current workload. Please enquire.

Will my information be kept confidential?

We recognise that the information our clients share with us may be commercially sensitive. That’s why we handle all such information with diligence and care. Your sensitive data will not be shared with external parties unless we have obtained your express permission and we can enter into a non-disclosure agreement if you require.

How much are your services?
